For a few of our residential prices please see below. In the event that diagnostics need to be run to discover potential issues on a computer a $30 charge will be applied for the diagnostics. After diagnostics, the technician will inform the customer of the price to fix the issue. If the customer decides to accept the quote the $30 fee will not be charged.
